Can I call you for support?

Please try to contact your local sales office first. Most questions can be cleared that way. If our colleagues do not know any further they will contact us.
 
We would prefer that you create a ticket, so the question is documented for future reference. And for us it is much easier to handle the ticket base.
If you have several issues you wish to discuss, please send us a mail in advance.
That way we will be able to prepare our replies, and schedule a phone meeting.
